Who is the controller

What data we process

• Account: email, name (optional) and password (only its scrypt hash). With Google or GitHub sign-in, your email and account identifier.
• Link analytics: for each click or scan we record date, type, country, device, OS, language and source. The IP is stored only as a salted truncated hash, for anti-abuse limits. We don't profile.
• No third-party cookies: no pixels, no external tracking. We count clicks and scans, not people.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform the contract (providing the service you asked for) and under legitimate interest (keeping the service safe and enforcing anti-abuse limits). Nothing else.

Where it lives

Hosted on European Union infrastructure. It doesn't cross the Atlantic.

Who we share it with

No one, for selling or advertising. Only the sub-processors needed to operate (EU infrastructure and email delivery), under a data processing agreement; and with authorities where the law obliges us.

How long

Analytics events are kept according to your plan: 30 days (Free), 12 months (Pro), 24 months (Business). Your account and links, until you delete them.

Cookies

Only the functional ones: session, anonymous panel and language. No advertising, no third parties, no consent banner to fake.

Your rights, self-service

Export all your data (JSON) and fully delete your account and data, from Settings, with no email required. You can also exercise access, rectification, objection and restriction by writing to us. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (aetic.es).
