Falcon

Terms of Service

Falcon · Markova Labs SL · Version 1.0

1. Who provides the service

Markova Labs SL (Tax ID / CIF B93926095), with registered address at Calle Sofora 15, Floor 2, 28020 Madrid, Spain, provides the Falcon service (URL shortening, QR codes and analytics). Contact: hello@markovalabs.io.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of Falcon, including creating links and QR codes without an account. Using the service means accepting them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials safe. You must have legal capacity to contract. We may suspend accounts on evidence of fraud or abuse.

4. Permitted use

Using Falcon for phishing, malware, spam, illegal or deceptive content — or destinations doing so — is prohibited. Reported links may be disabled without notice (every redirect carries a report channel) and malicious destination domains are blocked. You can use the service without an account for one link; an account is required for more.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions with EU VAT included as required. They renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your billing panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Free plan limits may change, always as published on the website.

6. The service, as is

We work towards a fast redirect and an available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. QR scannability validation covers the conditions described in the panel (three reader families and print simulation); physical testing before large print runs remains the user's responsibility.

7. Yours and ours

The destinations, content and data you bring are yours. The Falcon brand, its software and designs belong to Markova Labs SL. To provide the service, you grant us the minimum licence needed to process your data under the privacy policy.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy (EU hosting, self-service export and deletion).

9. Liability

Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the incident. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice in the service or by email.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their domicile; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
